SSL Certificates for Mail.app

I remember why I stopped using Mail.app. If you setup SSL access, but don't have valid root certificates (i.e. self-signed certs) its going to complain. Argh. I think there is a way to override this, but I'm not exactly sure how.

N.B. - Figure this out!
