Refurbished Mac Mini?

I had hoped to pick up a refurbished Mac Mini, taking advantage of the $30 off $400 from Deal News, but the refurbished minis they have at the Apple Store are bunk in my humble opinion. They are even more expensive than buying a new one. Go figure!
