CPT400 Targus Laptop Case Failure

This picture shows how the zipper grip has broken off the zipper, making it near impossible to use this bag. What I didn't show is that both zipper grips have fallen off. I've attached a keyring to replace them, but it doesn't work. I bought this less than a year ago so maybe they will honor the warranty.

They have a "Ask a question" form for warranty replacements. This is what I submitted:

The zipper tabs fell off my Targus laptop case. Please instruct me how to fulfill the warranty on my bag for a repair or replacement. The case is less than one year old.

This is the Targus Laptop Case I bought from Compusa.com in July of 2006.
