Just picked up the Microsoft Digital Image Suite Annivesary Edition for $49.99 at Staples. After a $50 rebate, the final cost comes to zero, zilch, nada, aka FREE!

I don't use Microsoft Windows as my primary operating system, but I do have a copy of Windows XP Home installed via Parallels on my Macbook. I'm interested to see how the Microsoft Digital Image Suite Annivesary Edition stacks up again open source alternatives like Album Shaper Open Source Photo Album Editor.
